Is Square Enix Teasing Another New Game? Star Ocean?

Going completely unnoticed by many due to Foursquare Enix's radical Tin't Kill Progress event that announcedDeus Ex: Mankind Divided, a new, alone and very puzzling web folio has surfaced. And information technology very well might indicate the return ofStar Body of water.

Star Ocean may be returning to consoles, if the teaser page is indeed about Star Ocean.

The page itself is relatively barren except for a photograph of an ocean from orbit with iii letters, South A R, that are widely space, followed by the numbers 0101 below.
